Growing up near the shore, first in Mumbai (India) and now in Mauritius, the ocean has always been my greatest muse. Its constant rhythm, shifting tides and endless horizon influence the fluid lines and luxurious color palettes in my work. Through each piece, I aim to channel the serenity and quiet strength of the sea, bringing its calm energy into the spaces you live and love.
I primarily work with oil paints, occasionally incorporating mixed media such as acrylics, graphite and more. Depending on the project, I blend traditional oil techniques with subtle digital elements to create layered, contemporary visuals. This fusion allows me to explore how timeless artistic values evolve in a modern world. Every artwork is crafted with intention, often taking 80+ hours to complete. The textures, brushstrokes, and even the slight imperfections are all part of the story, celebrating the natural beauty found in authenticity rather than perfection. In addition to fine art, I create handcrafted pieces using reclaimed materials, often inspired by the diverse heritage of Indian art forms. I especially look forward to the opportunity to revive cherished objects for my clients, transforming what was once forgotten into something new and meaningful. Sustainability and re-creation seeped in emotions, are the cornerstones of my creative philosophy.
